326 PARK ROAD, RICKMAN, TN 38580 - FROM I-40, TAKE EXIT 288 AND TRAVEL NORTH ON HYW 111 FOR APPROXIMATELY 12 MILES. PARK ROAD IS THE FIRST RIGHT TURN PAST THE INTERSECTION OF HWYS 111 & 293. THE ARENA IS LESS THAN A MILE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF PARK ROAD.

Rickman Saddle Club adheres to the TSCA By-Laws @ www.tennesseesaddleclubs.com.  However, there are unique situations that require that we deviate from them.  They are as follows:

ARTICLE IV, SECTION 1

Rickman Saddle Club Family Memberships receive two votes at club meetings and Individual Memberships receive one vote.

ARTICLE V, SECTION 2

The President, First Vice President, Second Vice President and Treasurer can serve unlimited terms in the same office.

ARTICLE VI, SECTION

All money of the Rickman Saddle Club shall be handled by the Treasurer and deposited in a bank designated by the Executive Board and all checks for regular club business (show winnings, supplies, water bill, electric, insurance, grounds maintenance, website fees, TSCA dues, State of TN non-profit charter fees, advertising) shall be signed by the Treasurer.  Any checks written above and beyond regular club business as stated above shall be signed by the Treasurer and approved by the Executive Board.
